Help finding a job for recent college grad?

Hey yall, im 23 and graduated college last year in may with a degree in business. I see people my age who are becoming successful in the work they do and get paid well, while i am working a job paying 45k and not really satisfied with what i do (freight sales, i needed a job for the time being). I am restarting my job search and wondering how i can get out of call center life and get a more enriching opportunity that pays well.
