Not sure how to proceed, do I take an offer on the table while still interviewing?

Received one offer but am interviewing at 2 other places still.

I have interviewed at 3 companies letโ€™s call them A, B, and C for simplicity. Company C has sent me an offer and it would be a decent job but Iโ€™d have to relocate 4 hours away. Companies A and B are both located nearby and are commutable. I am more interested in taking the job at A than B and taking a job at B than C. However, Iโ€™m still in the interview process for both A and B. C asked me to get back to them by Tuesday this week with an answer but I may not know anything from A and B by then. Should k accept the position at C and then if another offer comes in reject it later on? If I can how should I go about that?

Thank you!

Edit: for context I was laid off from my previous job in November 2022. So I have been unemployed.
