Transition from a white collar to blue collar
Post Body

Hey y’all!

I was recently laid off and I plan to take a few months off for some me time since my husband was recently promoted and we can afford to live off my UI. I have been an admin assistant for years and I’m tired of working the office life. I am hoping to get into some kind of manufacturing or warehouse job for not only a new experience but to get some physical exercise to shed off these winter pounds. My resume is all retail and office work so I don’t have any good qualifications for a recruiter. Any tips how someone like me can break into the blue collar world?
