Over the past 16 years I've worked practically every position in the restaurant from bus boy, and dish washer to kitchen manager and general manager. I don't have any degree or skills out side of the restaurant world I did sales and construction for a few years but no tools, degrees. Not picky on which industry I get into next just refusing to work 16 hour days I didn't mind as much before but my son's 1 years old and don't want to miss him as much as I have in this industry. Any help is appreciated I probably won't be able to get back to this thread until tomorrow morning or Sunday but thanks in advance for any insight.
