I spent 10 years in an office job, but got tired of it. Bridges I didn’t burn gives me a chance to go back but I can’t shake this feeling that I want to do something else.
I took a chance and tried content creation for a couple of years but not really feeling that anymore either. I decided to take classes at my local community college towards an associates in communication at the same time and I’m currently carrying a 4.0. I have a handful of classes left before I graduate, but now I feel this random interest in construction or maybe become an electrician.
I have no idea where this is coming from because I have zero experience and I’m fat. To be real, I wonder if I’m too out of shape to even consider doing something so physical, even though I feel mentally up for the challenge.
As you can see, I am all over the place. I’m not embarrassed to admit it but I am hoping for insight or advice from those who’ve made it through something like this? Do you see a bunch of red flags, and if so, any advice?
TLDR - worked 10 years in an office job and 2 years in content creation. I’m about to get my associates in communications but randomly interested in construction/electrician work. Red flags? Advice?
