I want to leave my enrollment job at a small college, but I have no idea what to do. The company culture is not good, and they don't pay us what we are worth. The tasks I'm in charge of are crazy for someone right out of college. It helps my resume, but I want something with order and not just fixing everyone's problem.
I'm 24 with a degree in psychology and all the recommended jobs are either low paying or not worth it. I want a job with an opportunity for growth in the career field. Not just being stuck in the same position and hoping something changes at some point.
