Including job you left because if was unsafe on your resume
Post Body

Hi, I recently left an apprenticeship in HVAC due to a lack of saftey and formal training within the company. Examples of this is the boss speeding while on his mobile phone and often driving on the wrong side of the road as a joke also inapropriate behavior such as touching my leg and calling me gay because I don't treat women like objects (he openly said he was a perv and was looking at underage girls....) Long story short I enjoyed the work, the boss said I'm a hard worker however I couldn't put up with the shit that was happening and nor do I think I should of. We are not on good terms and I dont think he would give me a positive reference. I left after 2 weeks of work. I am trying to write a good resume however I don't know how and weather I should include this in my resume, I have laboring experience in there but nothing related to a trade, I don't know weather this would be a red flag to a potential employer if I dont go about it correctly?

Thanks heaps in advance!!
