Chef on lockdown.
Post Body
Hey my name is Jonny. I've spent the last 15yrs building my skills in the culinary field. But living in Michigan hasn't been easy this last few months. I can find hours or three need for a Sous chef during this pandemic. I'd like to go into the private sector and cook for a well off family but so far no luck there either. My family depends solely on my income but bad politics has destroyed that. What should I do? Going to anything non food will almost guarantee the minimum pay in that field.
