I took this job truly because I moved to a new city and needed work. Iโm in a huge tech city, and my degree was in nutrition so obviously I donโt have a lot of marketable skills.
I have been in this role For one year and I am just looking for advice on how to move on and make more money. We actually make well above market rate for this position (literally about 7-10k higher than most cs positions) but I need to make more. And I just want to grow my career honestly.
Anyone have tips or ways I can translate this experience into something else?
