Do you think it’s appropriate to decline a change of manager?
Post Body
Hello! We have an upcoming re-organization within our team. And I might be move to a different manager. Not a business decision rather more on re-organizing our tasks.
Even-so, I can still talk to my manager and share my inputs why I don’t want to be moved to another manager. I have my own sets of reason why I don’t want to.
Do you think talking to my manager about this will be perceived negatively?
