This is something i have never came across in life i mean i never stayed long enough in a job to get a sallary raise. But im asking for my general knowledge and i actually dont know how to do it.
Imagine work in a private company where my monthly sallary is 200$ and i have work expeariance and degree for the particular job, so how should i ask for a raise from a HR? How often should i ask for a raise? I want to know is it a negotiation type discuss or a fixed discussion? Like lets say i ask him to raise me 100$ from next month and if he say no what should i do? Should i offer another raise or accept the raise he offers? And is there any percentage or formula that HRs count sallary raises? And when i ask for a raise what should i let him know? Like my qualifications or like my current workload etc?
