Post Body

Hello dear supporters!

/u/tdb2 here today with our weekly status update.

The highlight of today's update is the implementation of the have-list import from pucatrade and deckbox (via CSV file upload). Have a look:

Doing it the right, scalable, asynchronous way was a bit of a technical challenge, but we did it. Importing wants are less critical for the project, so it got bumped down past other essential features.

We have been testing the imports with every possible set/parameter from both deckbox and pucatrade. The import success rate has been very high, however it has not been 100%. There are multiple discrepancies between the various systems in how printings are broken down by sets, and even missing cards/printings. This prompted an internal review of our card database data. We are in process of normalizing and aligning the sets/printings in our database to that of other popular systems. We recognize the importance of having a robust and issue-free database of all cards/sets/printings and we are committed to getting it done properly.

In parallel, we are implementing the "Send Cards" screen. Our package matching algorithm is now attached to the UI and the "Confirm trade" AKA "edit package" is being worked on.

We acted on some of the feedback you guys provided to us in the last update. The other half of it is in the backlog. Please keep the feedback coming!

Thank you guys! We value your support and feedback. Please help us spread the word by telling your friends! Let them know we exist and we want to hear from them.
