Dear CardSphere community,
Today's progress report is written by me, tdb2. Normally Ted does it, but he has recently experienced a loss of a close relative and will take a short break from his CardSphere duties. Ted, we are sorry for your loss.
In the last 2 weeks we have made some good progress. We have been mostly focused on the haves screen, getting it working end to end. And now it is. Implementing just this one screen means that we have a complete database model backing it. We figured out the way we wanted the UI to look and feel, making it responsive to the size and capabilities of your device. Making it work for all screen sizes, both for touch and non-touch devices was our biggest challenge.
We are showing you both mobile and desktop views, but in reality it is the same haves page adapting to different screen dimensions.
We expect the next screen - wants - to take less time to produce due to the bulk of the issues already solved while working on haves.
Soon we plan to post a link to a live CardSphere UI. Stay tuned.
Thanks for your support, tdb2
