Are Theory 11/Ellusionist/Virt decks that much better?

Hey guys,
Quick question. Just wanted to know if you guys think that Theory11/Ellusinist/Virt/ or other premium decks are that much better than Bicycle Rider Backs/Tally Hos that come out much cheaper?
For example, Monarchs are $10 and the Tally Ho's and Bicycle decks that are made at the USPCC (all three decks made at the same place) are $3. Is the $7 extra warranted?
