Help For A Returning Player

I am a returning player who stopped around the end of 2014, when I sold my Kagero Deck to a close friend. Around this time, Penta-Guards and Grade 4's were only just announced and Legions were unheard of.
What I need is help finding a good budget Legion deck. Clan doesn't matter and I would enjoy it if the most expensive card is under $5. My budget is approx. $45
I would do the research myself, but I am busy at this time of the year...GraduationIsAPain....
