As i am looking to get back into the game i wanted to build Minerva as she was one of my favorite devks to play back in the day. Unfortunatly there are some cards (all g2) that are over $10 a copy whoch is fairly cost prohibitive for me at the moment.

So this is my attempt at a budget version for roughly $100 or less

I am aware that elementaria sanctitude is over $10 but as i only need 1 copy for the deck i don't mind eating that cost. Its things that are basically needing 3 or 4 copies that cost more than $10 per copy that i cant really afford at the moment, i can upgrade it later on but i do need to just get the bones of the deck in place first.

Please leave suggestions on budget friendly options. For replacements or for changing ratios.
