Is there anything else in Cardano other than first_unused_address?

Is there any other way to generate an address that's not first_unused_address in Cardano Python? Couldn't find anything, it's frustrating that this is the only way to create an address but it always returns the same address every time.
I'd love it to create a new address based on a derivation path, or at least have a function return a new address.
