Received tokens from Sundayswap drop but I can't get them out of my wallet, help?

I've been staking my ADA for a year in Benjamin Cowen's stake pool. That pool got selected for the Sundayswap token drop. I've now collected my tokens, they are in my daedalus wallet but I have no idea how to get them out.
For instance I've tried to send my $WOLF & $CHEDDA tokens to an address of that token on an exchange but Daedalus keeps saying "Invalid address".. NO matter what token I try to send out, I keep getting that message.. What do I do now?
