Using a back seat air mattress?

i'm 5"4 and planning a 2 week road trip for 2022. i've never tried the car camping but its appealing to me. i have a 2017 ford fiesta hatchback however and the seats dont go all the way down. i really am looking for a lazy way to make this work. i found this online and wondering if anyone has tried an inflatable mattress for the back and if i'm too tall for it? otherwise any other tips? and for curtains are there any premade ones i can just buy?
