out-of-state title transfer question

I'm getting a car from my father-in-law who lives in NY and I live in PA.
I just got everything transferred over into my name and I'm going to pick the car up in 2 days.
When I got home, I realized the notary didn't give me the title back, just a paper that says at the top "Title Technologies Inc.
Pennsylvania department of transportation applicant summary statement"
Is that correct? Am I supposed to get a new title in the mail or something since it was an out of state purchase?
