Need advice on how to talk to dealers
Post Body
I bought an '09 Subaru forester recently (only 45k miles! ). I brought it to my mechanic to give it a once over and he told me it was solid, but the tires had dry rot and the battery is bad. He told me I could get the dealer to cover it (smallish dealership). I'm pretty awful at negotiating and confrontation in general and downright abysmal with cars. Does anyone know what kind of push back I'll get and how I should present my "case"?
