The other day someone started changing lanes into me, i honked and hit the brakes when they wouldn’t stop and continued, i got really mad cause they didn’t give a shit. Next time, can i just let them hit me to teach them a lesson?
Post Body

Go after there insurance and what not. Tired of people doing this and getting away with it and not even showing remorse after, they act very entitled and even hostile sometimes after. I have a dash cam. My concern is if im traveling down my lane doing the speed limit and what not and some idiot decides to start swerving into me and i don’t do anything about it and just let him hit me that the insurance company will say i didn’t do anything to avoid the accident so I’m at fault. Obviously i would feint ignorance and say i didn’t see him cause i was focused in my lane and what not but still. Not to mention that hitting the brakes or swerving could be cause another accident and the driver that swerved into me just keeps going and now I’m responsible for that accident.
