Hello everyone so lately I been having issues with my car. At first the car would stop every 3 minutes after accelerating. Found a mechanic and he did all the maintenance. He also changed the throttle body for a used throttle body and the throttle body motor. Now the Taurus is back to running except when I go above 60, the car pulls back and the wrench light come on right before it loses power and totally stops without turning off. My car has the advancetrac light on as well. Before changing the throttle body, weeks before I did changed the power steering rack and outer tie nods. I took the car for some computer readings but they only reset the computer and a day after that engine light came back on and issues happened again. Is it possible that I might need a new throttle body?
Anyone else had a similar issue? Thank you.
