Soul being ripped apart

Feeling similar to march 23 when Pluto left briefly, feels like my soul is being ripped apart, I want to punch the walls and isolate hard. I want to cry all day. Nothing is giving me the dopamine I need. It’s an absolute dark night of the soul. Anyone else been through this?
