Using Canva Elements for Commercial Use

Hello everyone,
I have a quick question regarding use of Elements from Canva's library. I am wanting to design a journal cover using the Elements in Canva (so already created by someone else) that I will then sell.
Basically, am I allowed to use the elements from the library and then sell the journals with elements used from Canva or do I have to create my own design for selling?
