I mean in the sense of upping the offer. They still have to be selective with how much they can offer or else they'll be stuck using Poolman's space when Demko is back.

Demko would be back eventually so using his LTIR space to add bodies isn't a good idea. They'd need to get rid of someone else eventually. There's probably a specific sub $1M amount that works with an eventual Silovs demotion but they need Lankinen to bite on it.
