Flash recommendations for concert photography?

Hey y’all, i shoot with an r50 and want to get into shooting some of my friends’ bands. it’s usually high shutter speed, low/sporatic lighting and was wondering what you would recommend. i’m going to shoot a show this friday with the built in flash and see how it goes.
In case it matters: the lenses i have are the rf 28mm prime, rf50mm prime and the 18-45mm kit lens
