Migrating from 80D to RP

So where I'm from gear is quite expensive and i can get EOS RP 50mm 1.8 RF for $1500
And i found a buyer for my 80D 10-18mm and my 24mm EF-S lens for also $1500
Is this a good deal or should i wait for RP successor? I shoot portraits only so i wanted to switch to fullframe
