Best SD card for video recording on R7.

I got the R7 because it has 2nd SD card which I want to use for recording video.
I also want highest quality of video.
The current SD card I have is 160 mb/sec...and recording stops at 30 seconds saying card is too slow.
What is best SD Card for recording video? Or, optimal video recording settings?
