So I'm an entry level hobbyist that wants to take pictures of pets&wildlife - need some help!
Post Body

I learned the basics of my camera and usually used it to take some fun photos on vacations.. I really enjoy editing & shooting so I decided this year I'm going to explore this hobby a little more & hopefully turn my photos into postcards!!

My camera is the Canon Rebel EOS T7i. my budget is extremely flexible

my questions - for shooting at the zoo, are there filters I should look into purchasing? - how do I go about purchasing new lenses? do all canon lenses work with the Rebel? - what lenses should I consider looking into for zoo shooting? I know I'll need a longer range but I know nothing about upgrading gear - anyone have any experience with the Canon pixma 100 or 200? (these printers are what I'm upgrading into anyways) - what should I look for when buying lenses second hand? - any other need to know things before taking on this hobby?

thanks in advance yall
