Help me decide please

Hi y'all and thanks in advance. I'm a former pro ish portrait photographer (20 years ago) that mainly takes portraits of family and friends for fun. I've been shooting in a 90D with a bunch of great L lenses.
I'm debating between the R5 and R6. I want this to be the last camera I buy for a while. The only real difference I see are the megapixels. I'm not sure I need 45 but wondering if there are other features I should consider before going to the cheaper option. Thanks!
