As title says, I’m in Melbourne Australia and the weather is starting to get to 8-12C at night and early morning, with every second or third day being hot and sunny for 6hrs approx on each plant.
I haven’t grown much at all before, harvested my other cultivars over a month ago but knew these needed longer.
Luckily for me, a friend meant me a light to hang in the garage for when it was constant rain and 80% RH outside, so I could avoid the issues more equatorial genetics have here as winter starts earlier than further north.
Two of the plants have cloudy heads with some amber here and there, one is still a week or so behind (the only one with super narrow leaves).
I’ve heard of the full moon being ideal time to harvest, but with the fade only just starting last 10-14 days and most of the plant still green, am I better off letting it keep going?
I prefer a riper harvest with hash making in mind.
Cheers all!
