To be Frank experience and knowledge do go hand in hand, but if you’ve been doing things in the worst way for 10-30 years does it even matter at that point?
If someone has been only doing something for two years but has developed better methods, more knowledge, and has better environments/equipment and genetics than you…does your 20 years of experience matter?
If you’ve been growing in a single 2x2 for 20 years using the same brand of nutrients, cheap seeds, no cuts and never expanding, have you learned anything?
Because a lot of the communities waive around tenure like it’s an automatic badge that you’re doing something right. It’s not. I sometimes see rookies with amazing plants and tenured ppl with the shittiest plants ever. Or vice versa. It’s all subjective so can we all stop waiting around tenure and start just putting each other on to knowledge?
