FTEs with new Canik Rival S

Hello all, I have the Rival and the Rival S. Picked up the S about 3 weeks ago and have shot 2 matches with it. In each match I’ve had at least one FTE. I’m not too worried as it is brand new. I did a very thorough cleaning when I first got it. I am tracking which mag I have in there when it occurs but has been with different mags so far. Anyone else having similar issues? Also does anyone know if the slide can be swapped between the polymer Rival and the Steel?
