Tips/Hints for General Admission game

First time going to the $10GA game. Looking for recommendations on how early to get there, and how they run it. We’d probably prefer to go straight to Club level if that’s an option instead of fighting the crowd for seats in the 100s. Can you have a small camp chair and or food and drink while standing in line?, etc….
