How do you deal with excruciating nerve pain?

I can’t function anymore because i’m in constant pain that is only getting worse. These tumors are pressing against my spinal cord and the cauda equina nerves and it hurts like hell. I can’t live like this.

Surgery has a waiting list of more than a month. I can’t do this anymore. I can’t sleep, i can’t do anything. I have never been able to find medication that helps for nerve pain.

How do you all live with these kinda of pain? It’s driving me crazy.

Edit: i have tried oxycodone, pregabalin, amitryptilin, thc oil and nothing really worked
