I posted a while back when I learned my cancer metastasized. I had to wait nearly a month for a biopsy to come back. My cancer is very rare so it took a very long time. My surgeon said he can't remove the tumors. I need to see an oncologist to start chemo on Monday. They want to give me full body chemo and radiation. But surgery is off the table. He told me its not curable. But he wouldn't tell me if I'm going to die. He said I'd have to go over that with the oncologist. But if they're not removing any of the 6 tumors, I'm pretty sure that means I'm going to die. Chemo might just buy me time. I'm worrying myself sick if I'm being honest. Is there hope? Does anyone have a similar case that went well?
