I have been on oral chemo pills for just a month. In the last week I have been feeling the worst I ever have. Does it get better? How do you deal with all the side effects? My mouth has sores, (they prescribed me a "mouthwash") my hands and fingertips hurt and my feet have blisters. I can't eat dairy otherwise I vomit. If I eat anything not only does it taste awful but then I get nauseous. I have to keep drinking fluids but my throat hurts so bad. It's Christmas time an easy year I was in Houston doing radiation alone. I was convinced this Christmas would be better but it's just turning out it be really crappy. I know I don't have it as bad as a lot of people but it's just so frustrating.
