Can I travel to Canada if I wasn't charged with a DUI but it was left on record?

Post Body

Basically the title says it all. In short I was stopped a 2 years ago and the cop didn't understand medical Marijuana rules and I was arrest for picking up from a legal shop. ANYWAYS I wasn't charged with anything but they left the DUI charge on my record ( I wasn't high while driving.) I have gone thru all of state requirements to be cleared and have my DL back. I know Canada is big on the DWI and DUI but I haven't been able to get to much info if I would be allowed in? Curious if anyone here may have a idea.
