I’m traveling to Montreal, Quebec , Ottawa, Toronto, etc, next month. This is my first time traveling to Canada (I’m from Asia) and I’m wondering what’s the cheapest way to get food (to cut the travel cost). Should I just go with the fast food chains or are there cheap convenience stores that have like a proper meal ?
Thanks !
Honestly, fast food in Canada is becoming almost the same price as what you pay at a normal restaurant. If you are wanting to buy a ready to eat meal, get something better-quality at a restaurant. If you want to be cheap, go to the grocery store and make your own meals/snacks if it's a possibility.
