Is now the best time to buy a house?

Hi Folks, with interest rates skyrocketing and finally seeing a crash in the real estate market, do you think now is the best time to buy a house? I know that rates will further go up in September, but wondering if the prices will fall further..? I am a first time home buyer and a newbie to the housing scene in Ontario & planning to buy a small condo in GTA as my first house. Any advise would be appreciated, thank you!
