I'm currently in the situation where I need to move soon, not by choice and won't go into the logistics of it.
We currently pay 2000 utilities for renting 3 bedroom upstairs part of an house.
Now that I'm shopping for 3 bedrooms in General it's basically 3k utilities which is insane.
We have household monthly income of 7k after taxes and 30k in savings... I was looking at mortgages and I would be roughly paying 3 to 4k anyway even with 6%
