Question about the medical check

As a part of the express entry procedure, we are required to undergo a medical check.
I'm wondering if your previous health records are shared with the medical check personnel.
I'm in Germany and I believe my medical history may be stored with my health insurance provider or my family doctor. I wonder if, as a part of the medical check up, they are allowed to request my insurance provider or my family doctor to share my health data with them.
