Hey /r/Canada!
I am a first year student in Scotland (Originally English) and I am looking at the possibility of working abroad for summer. I have some friends in Canada but I, nor any of my family are Canadian. This combined with the fact that I am not a "skilled worker" leads me to believe I don't qualify for a free work visa, however, websites I have been looking at have not been very helpful in regards to working in Canada as an "unskilled" worker. I was hoping you guys could help me? note: I am open to most parts of Canada but I am afraid my French is poor so English speaking would be better if that makes a difference! Many thanks!
tl;dr - English "unskilled" worker hoping to work in Canada over summer, however I need some help with legal/visa details!
