Help me with this, this is not a joke, I seriously don't understand. Internet says I need at least 2000, but this is not even a thousand! It's 8 pm now, I feel a little hungry, but not too much. Should I continue eating or just stop?
I am 21 years old, male, 180cm and 70kg. This is what I ate today, nothing extra, maybe some plain water. Milk (~180 calories) Two large hard-boiled eggs (approximately 136-156 calories) 150g of cooked white rice (approximately 135-150 calories) One serving of white cabbage (approximately 22-23 calories) 240g of chicken chop (~400 calories) A hand-full of nuts. (~80 calories)
