Hello ! As the tittle suggest, Iโm wondering about what my deficit should be like.
Iโm 21 Female, 164cm (5โ5) and weighing 56.5 kg or 125 pounds
Basically, Iโm used to spending most of my day at the computer, although I do walk to most places as I live in a small town (average 7000 steps last month). Besides that, I work part-time in a food truck 15hours per week, but itโs mostly just standing up not much walking. Finally, I started to go to the gym a month ago and go around 4-5 times a week around an hour each time, doing cardio and a bit of weights.
Iโm sorry if it seems like Iโm asking you to the work for me, but the truth is Iโm not sure what kind of lifestyle I live, if itโs active, light, and if so what would my deficit be like. Thank you for reading and Iโll appreciate any input ๐
Personally I would do 1800kcal on active days (gym and 7000 steps), 1500kcal on days you just walk and 1300kcal on rest/working days. If you want quick weight loss that is. Of course the bigger the deficit the more weight you would loose. ๐
