Post Body

Recently, I've decided to quit nail picking because I wanted my cuticles to heal. But o e question, does habit tic deformity heal without any lotion? I couldn't get any lotion and I feel like my cuticles would heal as time goes on. Do you any ways of treating my habit tic deformity without buying lotion?

Comments

your hands and cuticles need to be moisturized whether you have habit tic deformity or not, it’s one of your skin’s basic needs. but especially if you’re trying to quit picking, dry cuticles are almost certainly a trigger and you will need oil for that reason alone. moisturizer does not do anything for habit tic deformity directly but it will be hard to stop contributing to the problem without it.
