acrylics or hard gel can help scaffold the sides and cover up skin long enough for it to reattach before you can mess with it. however, it doesn’t look like you have in a while so if your nails are strong enough not to break at this length and you aren’t tempted by sidewall adjacent skin, i don’t think they will do much. in that case it’s either an issue of time, or it could be related to the fact that your nails seem to be growing slightly concave.

sometimes nails curve and it’s unlikely to be a bfrb related deformity based on how yours look. acrylics will not change the way your nail plate naturally grows so this may just be as long as your nail beds get. there is no law that says they must extend the full length of the fingertip; as long as you have a healthy seal around your eponychia and hyponichia then your nails are performing the task they evolved for.
