Looking for actual play podcasts

I'm looking for podcasts that do well at demonstrating actual play. I don't need a lot of special effects. Not looking for radio drama. As a novice keeper trying to convince novice players to give CoC a go I want something that features good role playing from the players and solid Keeper methods to engage players, manage horror buildup, and handle various rules (sanity, combat, chase). Thanks for your time!
