Online Resources for DMs

Honestly just looking for a recommendation for a good map editor, nothing fancy (Not that fancy's bad, I would like fancy too).
Also other general stuff you guys use to make DMing easier.
I'm also wondering if there's a tool that would allow me to easily switch between different text document / PDF files or even view them simultaneously, even isolate a page from a PDF. I'm just using Adobe Acrobat Reader to view my PDFs so I'm hoping there could be something easier (Though what is easier I guess would be just to print them? But something I can use on my phone or laptop would be great)
